Here’s my proposal for the poster contest of the «Descenso Folklórico del Nalón». I brought the illustrations to life in Procreate and finalized the layout with Affinity. The design incorporates a combination of illustration, photography, and vector drawing.

The intention was to revive the festival’s original spirit and honor its first posters with a retro 80s drawing style. I also integrated printing techniques and the kind of printing errors that were typical in 70s and 80s design work.
